While we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products and carefully inspect them before shipping, occasional issues may arise. If you believe your product is faulty, please complete the contact form and include your order number and proof of purchase, along with a video or photo of the issue. Any discrepancies or defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for general wear and tear. Our lunch boxes are crafted from durable stainless steel, but some wear and tear is expected, especially with products designed for children. Dents and scratches may occur if the items are dropped. Silicone components are also prone to absorbing food stains, particularly from fruits and vegetables. To minimize or remove these stains, you can use a vinegar and baking soda soak. Start by filling a sink or bowl with very hot water and equal parts vinegar, just a few inches deep. Add a teaspoon of baking soda. Stir the mixture and let your silicone items soak for a few hours, (ideally overnight.) These conditions are considered normal wear and tear, and refunds will not be issued for them.
All orders are processed within 48 hours and expected transit time will be advised at checkout. We will always ensure to process your order as swiftly as possible but please note any shipping delays during transit are unfortunately outside of our control. We will always endeavor to advise you of any delays as we are made aware of them.
